Hello Michelle Thank you you for a very enjoyable class, I learnt more about posture and flow in your hour than at any other time. After the class I had a great walk home through London feeling more energized and taller than normal, this is what I have been missing from my life recently. Hi Michelle, Just wanted to drop a line. I have been dabbling a bit with hot yoga but I miss your classes alot!  I am moving to UCL and I hope to periodically be able to join the Friday class (SOAS staff member)
